Overview:

Performed new equipment installation for line expansion including developing budget, safety management, material procurement, structural fabrication, demolition, decommissioning of old equipment.

Customer Need:

This project was to be completed in an existing operating facility where food sanitary safety was a must. Our client was looking for a strong team to manage both an aggressive install schedule while at the same time having limited to no impact on existing operations.

Customer Solution:

Develop a solid team that was well versed in the sanitary safety needs using the Good Manufacturing Practices* (GMPs), which are the basic operational and environmental conditions required to produce safe foods.

Work closely with our clients ensuring that we work together to identify any potential hazards to be considered when working in different areas of an operating facility. 

Customer Result:

The International Industrial team was able to complete this project safely with no accidents, and no interruption or contaminations to the operating facility.
