IICC orientates each newly assigned employee at the on-set of each project as to what will be required of each employee pertaining to company policy and the rules and regulations regarding safety for the specific jobsite and area location. All employees have a responsibility to themselves and to the company for their safety and the safety of their co-workers. All employees are required to:
IICC is committed to developing and enforcing a
quality safety and loss control program. It
is the policy of this company that every employee is entitled to work under
the safest possible conditions. Our employees make every effort to protect
business, property, and people. No job will be considered complete unless the
employee has followed every precaution to protect themselves, their fellow
workers, and the public. All
management personnel have a responsibility to implement and enforce this
safety policy. All employees will comply with federal, state, and local
regulations related to safety and health. Support from every employee is
mandatory to have a truly effective loss control program. In 2009 IICC was awarded the SCRA Zero injury safety award and the NMAPC Zisa safety award for projects with over 100,000 manhours without a recordable or lost time injury. IICC is committed to protect its employees, customers, and the public by planning and executing reliable site-specific safety plans.
